Dear Baby Hanna,
It has been 10 days since we brought you home from the hospital. At that time, I said to your daddy, "No matter what happens in the next 10 days, this has been an experience of a lifetime for me." We are thrilled that your birthparents, Katie and Landon, have decided to continue with the adoption plan.
I have learned that adoption is not about giving a child away, but rather about extending the circle of people privileged to care for and love you in this lifetime. A child cannot have enough parents. And you, little Hanna, have four. You are so special to each one of us. With pride, we will all watch you grow and find your way in this world, as you have helped us find ours.
We shall visit your birthparents soon, but in the meantime, they asked me to pass on a hug and a kiss from them. Hanna, they are amazing people and we are so grateful they chose us for Hanna's Home.
Love,
Mom and Dad

WOW Paula! I have tears in my eyes as I write this - that letter is truly beautiful. The pictures are amazing to see too.
Bless You All!
Hugs,
Leisa
